HOW IT WORKS
1. Submit Your Enquiry: Decide on the items you need and fill out our enquiry form.
2. Receive a Quote: We will confirm availability, provide the final cost, and outline pick-up and return dates.
3. Confirm Your Booking: Approve the quote, sign the terms and conditions, and receive an invoice.
4. Pick Up & Enjoy: Pick up your items from our warehouse, enjoy your event, and return the items as scheduled. Once assessed, your bond will be returned.
The Process
Hire pricing is based on a 48-hour hire period. If you require an extended hire timeframe, this can be arranged and priced accordingly.
How long is the hire period?
Yes. All bookings require a bond. Orders over $1000 incur a $500 bond, while bookings under $1000 require a bond equal to 50% of the hire total. Bonds are returned within 3–7 days after items are returned, pending no damage or loss.
Do hire bookings require a bond?
Yes — all hire bookings require a minimum spend of $100.
Is there a minimum spend for hire bookings?

Yes — delivery and collection are available for an additional fee depending on location and order size. Collection and drop off are based from Silk House’s warehouse in Pambula. Delivery and collection fees start from $80.
Do you offer delivery and collection?
General cleaning is included within your hire fee, however any excessive cleaning, damage, or items unable to be restored to their original condition may incur additional charges or replacement fees deducted from your bond. Linen should not be washed prior to return and must be placed in the provided linen bags after use.
Do I need to clean hire items before returning them?
